The public surface

The archive shows its work.

Every record on a canvas arrived the same way: observed, processed, reviewed, published. What follows is the system that does it, stated once per step.

Source

A record keeps where it came from.

Each capture is filed with the account it came from, the moment the pipeline first saw it, and the list it was assigned to - so nothing on a canvas is a claim without a date.

Processing

Nothing is published by accident.

A record waits in the private store until a publish motion moves it across the seam. Filing, voting and ranking choose among what is already public; none of them publishes.

Review

The order is a decision, not a score.

The owner ranks the picks by hand, and that rank decides which one is the hero. A vote count is evidence for the decision, never the decision.
